• Solstice Intimates are hand made to order. Because of the amount of TLC we put into these products shipping time can be between 4-6 weeks. (Approximately 42 days). We do not offer rush processing. Custom orders may require additional time.
• Solstice Intimates does not offer returns or exchanges. Orders cannot be cancelled after 48 hours of purchase. We will review products considered defective on a case by case basis. Any defects must be addressed within 10 days of your package delivery.
• Customer satisfaction is so important to us! Since we don't do returns or exchanges, please feel free to leave sizing info and measurements in the comment box at checkout or email. This way we can help ensure the perfect fit!
•International customers are able to order from our website, but are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country. Payment will be necessary to release your order from customs before delivery.
•International orders returned to Solstice due to unclaimed customs will be returned to inventory after 90 days of no contact from the buyer. Solstice will attempt contact prior to the order being forfeited.
• All international orders are shipped first class.We are not responsible for delays in shipping once the product leaves the U.S. and cannot track past the U.S. border. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If you would like to upgrade shipping to priority, please purchase the upgrade here.
• We do accommodate custom order requests. These will be one of a kind pieces made just for you!! Please send an email detailing your idea and we can provide a quote for you.
• Solstice Intimates does offer custom sizing. There is no additional fee for sizing requests. When you place your order, there is a “notes” section before checkout. Please leave your cup and pant size there.
** All packages are shipped via USPS First Class and items over 1lb. are shipped Priority Mail. If you would like a signature required or shipping upgrades please contact us in advance for a quote. We cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages. If your item shows as delivered please contact your local Post Office to file a claim.
